Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

You may play without an account. In that case, game progress, scores, preferences, and Starflower statistics may be stored locally in your browser or device.

If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides us with the basic account information you approve: your name, email address, profile photo, and a unique account identifier. MOMENT. Arcade does not receive your Google password, contacts, Drive files, or Gmail content.

We also store gameplay information associated with your account, including progress, settings, scores, waves, milestones, Starflowers, and leaderboard records. Basic activity information—including sign-in times, active play time, session count, and last activity—is used to operate accounts and understand game use. Basic technical information such as browser type, device type, timestamps, and error data may be processed to secure, diagnose, and improve the service.

2. How we use information

We use information only to:

• create and maintain your optional player account;
• sync game progress across devices;
• calculate and display daily and all-time leaderboards;
• remember settings and personalize your gameplay experience;
• operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve MOMENT. Arcade; and
• respond to support, safety, and legal requests.

We do not sell personal information, use Google user data for targeted advertising, or use Google user data to train generalized artificial-intelligence models.

3. Leaderboards and public information

If you sign in and participate in a leaderboard, a display name, profile image, rank, score, game, skill level, and related achievement details may be visible to other players. Your email address is not displayed publicly. You may contact us to request removal of a public leaderboard entry.

4. Service providers and sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us deliver authentication, hosting, databases, security, analytics, and support. These currently include Google for optional sign-in and Lovable Cloud infrastructure for application hosting and account data services. Providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect players, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not rent or sell player data.

5. Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect player information. No online system is completely secure. We retain account and gameplay information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Local-only data remains on your device until you reset it, clear browser storage, or remove the app's stored data.

6. Your choices and deletion

Google sign-in is optional. You can play locally, mute audio, change game settings, reset gameplay statistics from Settings, or revoke MOMENT. Arcade's Google access from your Google Account.

To access, correct, or delete account data, email support@momentgames.app. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

7. Children

MOMENT. Arcade is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the arcade evolves. The date above will identify the latest version, and material changes will be communicated in the app when appropriate. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@momentgames.app.
