Terms of Use

1. Using MOMENT. Arcade

MOMENT. Arcade provides casual games, optional cloud saves, player statistics, Starflowers, and leaderboards. You may use the service only if you can legally agree to these terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms for you.

2. Accounts and progress

An account is optional. You are responsible for the Google account you use to sign in and for activity under your MOMENT. Arcade profile. Do not impersonate another person or use a misleading display name.

Local progress can be lost if browser storage is cleared, the app is removed, or you change devices. Cloud sync is designed to reduce that risk but is not a guarantee that gameplay data will never be interrupted or lost.

3. Fair play

You agree not to:

• cheat, automate play, manipulate scores, or exploit unintended behavior;
• interfere with the service, its security, or another player's experience;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• upload malicious code or use the service for unlawful activity; or
• copy, resell, or commercially exploit the games without written permission.

We may remove invalid scores, restrict leaderboard access, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to preserve fair play and security.

4. Scores, rankings, and Starflowers

Scores, rankings, milestones, and Starflowers are game features, not money or property. They cannot be purchased, transferred, redeemed for cash, or guaranteed to remain available forever. We may correct rankings affected by bugs, abuse, or data errors.

5. Ownership

MOMENT. Arcade and its games, names, artwork, sounds, designs, software, and related content are owned by MOMENT. Arcade or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for non-commercial entertainment.

6. Availability and changes

The arcade is evolving. We may add, change, rebalance, pause, or remove games and features. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, legal reasons, or violations of these terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, MOMENT. Arcade is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost progress, data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limits may not apply to you.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as MOMENT. Arcade changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms. Applicable law governs these terms without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live. For questions, contact support@momentgames.app.
